Role Overview

M365Consult seeks a qualified Nigerian lawyer for part-time consulting to draft and manage vendor contracts for essential freelancer equipment (power banks, solar panels, laptops). Ensure smooth equipment recovery clauses upon freelancer exits and provide compliance guidance for efficient contractor management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft/review vendor contracts for equipment supply to Nigerian freelancers.
  • Include clauses ensuring equipment recovery during freelancer transitions.
  • Provide legal guidance on Nigerian commercial law, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Support vendor relationship management aligned with company policies.
Requirements
  • Qualified Nigerian lawyer licensed to practice in Nigeria.
  • Experience drafting vendor agreements and commercial contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian commercial and employment law.
  • Proven ability negotiating and managing vendor relationships.
  • Part-time availability with flexibility for legal support needs.
