Regional Sales Manager(North West)

Job Description: Your duties will include but not limited to:
MAIN DUTIES
Onboarding massive distribution networks across the region for Lontor sales business;
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate key accounts
Oversee, develop new business and ensure profitability;
Negotiate and close agreements with large key customers
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of Outside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage and monitor sales performance, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape, recommending improvements and growth.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts;
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Carry out team management and other duties as assigned by management Lontor
Job Type: Full-time
Education:
- Undergraduate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales in consumer electronics sector: 6 years (Preferred)
