Job Description: IT / Project Management Intern

Location: Abuja

Position Type: Internship (Full-time / Part-time)

Duration: 3–6 months (extendable based on performance)

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated IT / Project Management Intern to join our Abuja office. This internship provides hands-on exposure to digital systems, project coordination, and IT product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about applying technology to solve business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking IT-related projects.
  • Assist in documenting requirements, preparing reports, and maintaining project records.
  • Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and user support activities.
  • Conduct research on emerging IT tools and project management methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Provide administrative support including meeting coordination and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong interest in IT systems, project management, and digital transformation.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
