SProject ManagerSeamHealth GROUPProduct & Project ManagementYesterdayNewAbuja Full Time ConfidentialShare linkShare on WhatsApp Share on LinkedIn Share on Facebook Share on TwitterShare via SMSMin Qualification:Job descriptions & requirementsAbout SeamHealth Innovations LimitedSeamHealth Innovations Limited is a healthcare consulting and digital health company focused on delivering high-quality, reliable technology solutions and Electronic Health Records (EHR) to medium and large-scale hospitals, public health institutions, and donor-funded programs across developing countries.We are seeking a skilled, mission-driven Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital health solutions across multiple stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities.Plan, coordinate, and deliver health and technology-driven projects end-to-end.Develop detailed project plans covering milestones, timelines, workstreams, and deliverables.Manage resource allocation across internal teams, vendors, and implementing partners.Coordinate digital health deployments, tracking bugs, features, releases, and improvements with technical teams.Monitor project timelines, risks, budgets, and performance indicators to ensure delivery within scope and budget.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.Manage and adjust for changes in project scope, schedule, or budget as required.Prepare high-quality project updates, management reports, and donor reports.Manage relationships and communication with clients, donors, government stakeholders, healthcare facilities, and partners.Support trainings, field activities, initiatives, and implementation support activities.Provide regular project status updates to internal teams and key stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field.Experience managing projects within health, NGO, digital health, or technology environments.Strong understanding of software development processes and digital project delivery.Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Asana).Proven ability to manage multiple projects across locations simultaneously.Strong analytical, budgeting, and cost-tracking skills.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and motivate cross-functional teams.Business and commercial acumen with strong accountability and ownership.Added AdvantageExperience working with digital health platforms.Experience with donor-funded programs and health systems.Experience working with government institutions or healthcare facilities.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or related project management certification.What We're Looking ForStrong sense of ownership and accountability.Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, partners, and stakeholders.Passion for improving healthcare delivery through innovation and technology.Method of ApplicationInterested and qualified candidates should send a detailed CV (PDF format) with the role applied for as the email subject to:Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
