Job description Summary of the Role:

As an Affiliate Partner for HCMATRIX, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network by promoting our suite of HR and payroll solutions to businesses and HR professionals.

This is a performance-based role ideal for driven individuals or organizations with a strong network and a passion for business growth.

You'll earn competitive commissions for every successful referral or subscription.

Responsibilities What Success Looks Like:

Consistently generating qualified leads and successful sign-ups for HCMATRIX.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with referred clients.

Demonstrating deep understanding of HCMATRIX products and articulating their value clearly.

Hitting or surpassing monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Providing useful feedback from prospects to help improve our offerings and marketing strategies.

Affiliate Partners are an integral part of our growth strategy, helping HCMATRIX expand its reach into new markets and user bases.

Qualifications Proven experience in sales, affiliate marketing, business development, or HR technology (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written.

Ability to understand and explain SaaS products and HR tech solutions.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Strong network in HR, business, or tech communities is a plus.

Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools and basic CRM use is advantageous.

A passion for helping businesses grow through innovative HR solutions.
