We are a fast-growing company expanding our footprint across Africa. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking dynamic, results-driven Affiliate Managers in Kenya(Remote) and Nigeria(full-time) to expand and manage our affiliate network.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and optimising affiliate partnerships that drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to attract new partners and boost performance.


• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates in the local market.


• Manage relationships with existing affiliates to maximize their performance and loyalty.


• Monitor affiliate activity, analyse performance data, and optimise campaigns to improve ROI.


• Ensure affiliates adhere to brand and compliance guidelines.


• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with company goals.


• Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance, revenue growth, and campaign effectiveness.


• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or digital marketing — preferably within the betting, gaming, or fintech industry.


• Proven track record of recruiting and managing high-performing affiliates.


• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.


• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in affiliate tracking


• Excellent understanding of online marketing channels and conversion optimisation.


• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.


• Must be familiar with the local market dynamics in Kenya or Nigeria.
