The Head of Agency Operations is responsible for leading Social Growth Consult's entire marketing agency operations, including creative, social media, content, and marketing teams.

This role ensures that:

  • Clients achieve their marketing goals
  • Teams are high-performing and aligned with agency objectives
  • New clients are acquired and revenue targets are met

The Head of Agency Operations reports directly to the MD and is a
key driver of agency growth, performance, and profitability
.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Agency Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead all internal departments: creative, marketing, social media, content, and ads.
  • Set clear KPIs and targets for each team and monitor performance regularly.
  • Mentor, motivate, and develop team members to ensure high performance.
  • Build a results-driven culture across the agency.

2. Client Delivery & Results

  • Ensure all client campaigns meet or exceed agreed KPIs.
  • Review and approve campaign strategies, creative concepts, ad campaigns, and content.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships through reporting, meetings, and insights.
  • Troubleshoot campaign performance and implement improvements.

3. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Support the MD in pitching and closing new clients.
  • Create winning proposals, presentations, and strategies that convert leads into clients.
  • Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients.
  • Drive monthly revenue growth for the agency.

4. Operational Excellence

  • Streamline workflows across teams to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Implement tools, processes, and performance tracking systems.
  • Monitor agency KPIs: revenue, client retention, team productivity, and campaign performance.

5. Strategy & Growth

  • Develop short-term and long-term growth strategies for the agency.
  • Innovate marketing solutions for clients and the agency's own brand.
  • Scale the agency's service offerings and team structure as the agency grows.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum
    5 years experience
    in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proven experience
    leading teams and departments
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    digital marketing, social media, and creative campaign management
    .
  • Experience in
    client acquisition and business development
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    .
  • Strategic thinker, problem-solver, and results-driven.
  • Ability to
    work and manage multiple clients/projects.
