Head of Operations – Renewable Energy

Reports to:
Vice President, Renewable Energy

We're building scalable renewable energy solutions that power businesses and communities. We're looking for a Head of Operations to design and lead operational systems, processes, and workflows that ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainable growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys optimizing processes, and wants to create measurable impact in clean energy delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, systems, and workflows that drive efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead the operations team (Customer Success, Operations Analysts, QA/QC) to deliver high-quality service across all touchpoints
  • Monitor, manage, and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the organization and its assets
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process automation, and resource optimization
  • Align operations with business objectives to support growth, sustainability, and agility
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the team
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting, operational compliance, and process quality standards

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a passionate, structured, and collaborative operations leader who:

  • Brings 5–7 years of operations management experience, with at least 1 year leading a team
  • Has experience in renewable energy, e-commerce, or fast-growing operational environments
  • Thrives on process optimization, strategic planning, and driving operational excellence
  • Communicates effectively and can influence teams and stakeholders
  • Can manage multiple priorities and projects, delivering results under tight deadlines
  • Is highly organized, self-driven, and committed to sustainable impact
