Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Operations, located in Lagos. The Head of Operations will oversee daily business activities, streamline operational processes, and ensure organisational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising teams, analysing performance metrics, ensuring production quality assurance and ensuring targets are achieved. Additionally, the role involves cross-departmental coordination and implementing strategies that align with company goals to drive long-term success.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Operations Management and Analytical Skills to optimise processes and analyse performance data.
  • Applicants within Idi Araba, Mushin, Oshodi, Itire, Surulere, Cele, Onipanu and Ilasamaja axis are highly preferred
  • Proven abilities in Team Management and effective Communication to lead teams and foster collaboration across departments.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise,
    manage expenses, support financial planning,
    and manage time effectively,
  • Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset to contribute to decision-making and organisational growth.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the digital printing, branding, or related industries is an added advantage.

Salary

N1500,000 - N2000,000 Monthly (based on experience).
