Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Asaba. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining key client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships. Key tasks include market research, developing proposals and contracts, creating business strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and analyse new market opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Prepare and execute detailed business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and tailored sales pitches.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing scenarios
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Prior experience in consulting or working with diverse markets is an advantage

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or real estate sales.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and market research skills.
  • Ability to recruit, coach, and manage a small sales team (added advantage).
