Role Description

This is a contract Sales Business Development role based in Asaba, with flexibility for hybrid work, allowing for some remote work options. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, and developing relationships with prospective and existing clients. Daily tasks will include creating and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong customer relations, and collaborating with teams to meet business targets and objectives.

  • Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess data and identify opportunities
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and drive business development
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is desirable
