Job Overview

Our client is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development Executive
to oversee sales operations for our Asaba branch. The ideal candidate will be experienced in real estate marketing, relationship management, and strategic business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve individual monthly target.
  • Identify new business opportunities, client segments, and property markets in Asaba and neighbouring regions.
  • Build a robust client base through referrals, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings, property inspections, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate, finalise, and close profitable deals.
  • Develop strategies to expand brand presence and increase property sales.
  • Maintain client records, leads, and follow-up activities in CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align promotional campaigns with branch goals.
  • Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, events, and client engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of
    3–5 years' experience
    in real estate business development or property sales.
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets in the property sector.
  • Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Must reside in Asaba, Delta state
