Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Store, Material & Expense Officer, located in Trade Fair. The primary responsibilities include overseeing inventory and store materials, ensuring proper storage and tracking, and maintaining accurate records of stock and expenses. The role also involves liaising with other departments, managing supply orders, overseeing the receipt of goods, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The officer will contribute to improving operational efficiency in day-to-day store management activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively manage supplier and internal stakeholder interactions
• Retail Sales and Organizational Skills to track, manage, and organize inventory efficiently
• Training skills to guide team members on store processes and best practices
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic IT tools is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, business administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
