Role Summary The Head - Business Development will beresponsible for the company's branch expansion mandate and the team's monthly sales target onproducts and subscriptions. In addition, the prospective candidate will drive the overallprofitability of the i -Fitness branches nationwide. The prospective roleholder will be heavy on leadership, coordination and strategic projectmanagement. The role reports to the MD/CEO with key accountabilities to the Board of Directors. Key AccountabilitiesSupervises all i -Fitness branches nationwide, overseeing corporate partnerships and driving profitability.Build a healthy portfolio ofpartners/affiliates/agencies to drive account acquisition - creatingrevenue -generating partners.Build, track, and manage a pipeline of salesopportunities. Achievement of overall sales of the business (including partners, commercial buildings, malls & Corporates)Assist in the implementationof promotions and below the line (BTL) activities for the acquisition of new customers acrosssegments.Develop a deep and long -standing relationship with key decision makers (KDMs) within the customer portfolio to maximize life cycle value.Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business developmentstrategies to acquire new clients. RequirementsFirst Degree in Marketing, Sales, Economics (orrelated courses)MSc/MA/MBA in relateddiscipline is a PLUS.Minimum of 10 years' in supervisory capacity and relevant experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales and Partnership in Nigeria is compulsory.Experiencedin both direct sales and channel management is an added advantage.Superb understanding of the fitness and wellness business/operating model.
