Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Lagos. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for creating and managing travel arrangements for clients, providing expert travel consultation, booking flights, hotels, and other accommodations, and offering solutions for travel-related challenges. They will ensure top-notch customer service by addressing client inquiries and delivering tailored travel recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and coordinating Travel Arrangements
  • Proficiency in handling Reservations and managing booking systems
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating an exceptional client experience
  • Organizational, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is an advantage
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, along with previous experience in a similar role
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
