About the Role

This role is for a creative and proactive assistant who will support a leading Nigerian actress and content creator. The creative Assistant will support her with documenting content moments, coordinating social media materials, and assisting with light production tasks.

You'll work closely with her during events, on filming sets, and on personal content days — helping to capture behind-the-scenes moments, photos, short clips, and stories for social media.

Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos during events, shoots, and daily lifestyle moments.
  • Assist with editing content for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube.
  • Assist with light creative direction (angles, styling, shot ideas).
  • Research and suggest trending sounds, ideas, and formats for social media.
  • Manage and organize content folders for easy access.
  • Occasionally help with drafting captions or uploading posts.

Requirements

  • Fast learner and strong sense of initiative.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced or on-set environments.
  • Basic to intermediate editing skills (CapCut, InShot, VN, or similar).
  • Eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
  • Social media savvy — especially on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Based in Lagos, flexible schedule (available on shoot/event days).
  • Discreet, reliable, and good energy.

Nice to Have

  • Photography or videography background.
  • Understanding of influencer/social media culture.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, etc.).
  • Previous experience assisting a content creator, or brand.
