We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Strategy Trainee. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual eager to learn and contribute to the development of innovative marketing and brand strategies.

As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in conducting research, brainstorming creative ideas, and collaborating with teams to craft compelling campaigns that drive brand engagement. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


• Assist in developing creative strategies that align with client goals and brand positioning.


• Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour to uncover insights that inform campaign development.


• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and conceptualise engaging marketing campaigns.


• Support the ideation and creation of content across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, and experiential marketing.


• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and production teams to bring creative concepts to life.


• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.


• Assist in developing presentations and creative proposals for internal and client-facing projects.


• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas.


• Help track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights for optimization and improvement.


• Support the execution of brand activations, events, and marketing initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS


• A bachelor's degree (BSc/HND) in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field from a reputable institution.


• A strong passion for marketing, branding, and creative storytelling.


• Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into creative strategies.


• Strong communication and presentation skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with teams, and meet deadlines.


• A proactive, curious, and enthusiastic mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the field of creative strategy.
