About the Role
We are looking for a smart, organized, and friendly Front Desk & Customer Relations Officer to be the first point of contact for our academy. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, student registrations, and assist our marketing team with follow-up and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to all visitors, parents, and students professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
- Assist in student registration, class scheduling, and record keeping.
- Support marketing and sales follow-up for inquiries from social media and ads.
- Handle client bookings for music videos, photography, and fashion projects.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk environment.
- Liaise with instructors and management for daily operations.
- Keep accurate logs of appointments, payments, and client data.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/NCE in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
- Good use of WhatsApp, Google Drive, and basic social media.
- Previous experience in a studio, academy, or hospitality role is an advantage.
