About the Role

We are looking for a smart, organized, and friendly Front Desk & Customer Relations Officer to be the first point of contact for our academy. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, student registrations, and assist our marketing team with follow-up and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to all visitors, parents, and students professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
  • Assist in student registration, class scheduling, and record keeping.
  • Support marketing and sales follow-up for inquiries from social media and ads.
  • Handle client bookings for music videos, photography, and fashion projects.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk environment.
  • Liaise with instructors and management for daily operations.
  • Keep accurate logs of appointments, payments, and client data.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/NCE in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Smart, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Good use of WhatsApp, Google Drive, and basic social media.
  • Previous experience in a studio, academy, or hospitality role is an advantage.
