  1. Managing the region in a cost efficient-most effective manner within the current operating budget.

  8. Relaying customer insights and sales data to product team and operations to support product development

  9. Helping to set sales goals and monitoring their progress, making improvements or adjustments when needed

  10. Coaching and leading his team to achieve sales goals.

  11. Educating the sales team on time-to-time manner bases on sales techniques

  12. Delivering reports on sales goals, target and additional sales insights

Regional Sales Manager Qualifications:

  1. Post-secondary education focusing on Business or Marketing

  2. 10+ years of Marketing or Sales experience

  3. Strategic thinking

  4. Professional communication skills through email and phone calls.

  5. Experience leading a team is considered a definite asset

  6. A desire to mentor and support others is required for this role
