Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Country Manager to oversee operations, drive business growth, and ensure strategic alignment with the company's objectives across Nigeria. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage key partnerships, and deliver operational excellence while ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company objectives.


• Drive revenue growth and market expansion across assigned regions.


• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams for optimal performance.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.


• Oversee operational performance, budgets, and compliance with company standards.


• Provide regular business updates, forecasts, and strategic insights to management.

Qualification and Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5–6 years proven experience in a senior management or country leadership role.


• Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning ability.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.


• Proven ability to manage complex operations and deliver results.
