Job Brief:

We're looking for an energetic and crypto-savvy Community Manager to join the MyCredly team. You'll be the friendly, informed voice that connects our growing community across X (Twitter), Telegram, WhatsApp, and beyond. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, understands the crypto space, and knows how to turn conversations into genuine community growth or wants to play a hands-on role in shaping a fast-growing Web3 community. You'll be the voice, the connector, and the energy behind MyCredly helping members learn, stay inspired, and feel part of something big.

Objectives of the Role

  • Strengthen MyCredly's online presence through active community building and engagement.
  • Foster trust and loyalty among users by managing feedback, discussions, and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute campaigns that increase awareness and participation.
  • Monitor community trends, identify opportunities, and propose creative ways to connect with users.
  • Represent the community's voice internally, helping shape products and initiatives based on real user insight.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage MyCredly's online presence across X, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
  • Engage daily with CT (Crypto Twitter), KOLs, and new entrants replying, commenting, and driving conversations that position MyCredly as a trusted, active player in the crypto space.
  • Share trade calls, community updates, and success stories that highlight MyCredly as the most educative and profitable crypto community.
  • Publish the MyCredly Substack newsletter at least once a month with market insights and community news.
  • Plan and execute community engagement activities daily like polls, news updates, airdrops, and discussions across Whatsapp,Telegram and X(Twitter).
  • Schedule and promote monthly Masterclasses and Community Calls to educate and engage users.
  • Collect feedback and track engagement metrics to help improve communication and growth strategies that leads to user retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align community content with product goals and updates.
  • Organize and host virtual AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), community challenges, and educational webinars.
  • Stay updated on crypto trends and competitor communities to help MyCredly stay ahead of the curve.
