The HRGA Specialist is responsible for managing both Human Resources and General Affairs functions to support daily operational activities and ensure an efficient, compliant, and well-organized work environment. This role handles HR administration, employee relations, recruitment coordination, and GA operations while serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee data, contract management, and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment activities such as candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer processing.
- Handle employee relations matters by addressing inquiries, supporting conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive working environment.
- Prepare and compile payroll-related data, attendance records, and leave reports.
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities management, and company asset maintenance.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and GA-related services.
- Handle vendor coordination, contract management, and regular performance evaluations.
- Supervise office services such as security, cleaning, and building maintenance.
- Manage company transportation, travel arrangements, lodging, and logistics when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and support workplace safety initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA or similar roles.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); able to communicate professionally with international stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and GA operations.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/HR systems.
