As part of their expansion, they are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join their growing team and support financial transparency, compliance, and business growth.

Job Overview

The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions and reconcile all accounts.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage budgets, invoices, and payroll operations.
  • Track and analyse company expenses for cost efficiency.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide financial advice to management on cash flow and cost control.
  • Liaise with vendors, banks, and auditors as required.

Requirements

Non-negotiable - Must have before applying

  • Recent experience in real estate company
  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Must reside in Sangotedo or nearby areas - Very important
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of integrity.
