Job Objective

Strivo Labs is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to support our talent acquisition and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent, ensuring the company attracts the best professionals to drive business growth and organisational excellence.

What You'll Do?

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

Identify, source, and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.

Screening & Selection

Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and senior leadership.

Assist in the evaluation and selection process to ensure high-quality hires.

Onboarding & Candidate Experience

Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and induction processes.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback.

Reporting & Analytics

Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize hiring strategies.

Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records.

Identify gaps in recruitment processes and recommend improvements.

Employer Branding & Collaboration

Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Partner with HR, operations, and department leads to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and talent market dynamics.

What We're Looking For

2–4 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Nice to Have

Experience recruiting for financial services, technology, or corporate sectors.

Exposure to employer branding and talent marketing strategies.

Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
