Role Summary
The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level strategic, operational, and administrative support to the CEO across multiple companies and initiatives. The role goes far beyond diary management — it requires exceptional judgement, project leadership, writing ability, and the capacity to manage complex priorities across technology, talent, social enterprise, and creative work.
The Senior EA acts as an extension of the CEO: enabling faster decision-making, maintaining operational clarity, driving follow-through across teams, and protecting the CEO's time and focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Operational Leadership Support
• Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively resolve issues before escalation.
• Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, meeting flows, and day-to-day rhythm with strong gatekeeping.
• Prepare the CEO for meetings with clear briefs, background documents, and recommended talking points.
• Track decisions, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure commitments are delivered on time.
• Serve as the CEO's representative in selected meetings, drafting summaries and action points.
• Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and high-level professionalism at all times.
- Professional Writing & Communication
• Draft high-quality emails, posts, speaking notes, proposals, and strategic documents that reflect the CEO's voice.
• Support long-form writing including e-books, reports, thought leadership, scripts, and articles.
• Proofread and refine documents across the CEO's companies to ensure clarity and excellence.
• Manage internal communication streams: weekly updates, follow-ups, and announcements.
- Client Relationship & Account Support
• Maintain warm, professional relationships with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Support the CEO on major accounts by drafting proposals, scheduling project reviews, and managing expectations.
• Ensure the CEO is briefed before external calls and provide timely summaries after meetings.
• Monitor outstanding deliverables, client feedback, and next steps across projects.
- Content & Digital Support
• Assist with content planning, script writing, captions, and creative direction.
• Coordinate video shoots, content calendars, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
• Support with brand projects across the CEO's ventures, ensuring consistency and timely execution.
• Manage digital assets, shared folders, documentation, and brand libraries.
- Project & Operations Management
• Support the CEO on cross-company projects.
• Build project plans, track KPIs, and escalate bottlenecks early.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure visibility on timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Create systems, SOPs, and dashboards that improve operational efficiency.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and people-related processes where needed.
- Research, Strategy & Decision Support
• Conduct research on competitors, markets, pricing, partners, potential clients, or new product ideas.
• Prepare strategic briefs that help the CEO evaluate initiatives quickly.
• Draft business cases, light financial models, and operational recommendations.
• Provide insights and suggestions that help the CEO optimise decision-making.

Experience Required
• 3-7 years supporting senior executives, founders, or CEOs.
• Experience in operations, consulting, project management, or communications is an advantage.
• Proven writing portfolio (emails, content, proposals, decks).
• Experience managing multiple businesses or complex workload streams.
