Who We Are Looking For...

  • You are an experienced ERP professional with direct experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • You possess strong technical skills in NAV development, configuration, and integration, ready to design and test complex customizations.
  • You have a strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes, enabling you to analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • You are capable of providing effective training and support to end-users.
  • You are capable of working with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and solution adoption.
  • You hold a Certification in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and have experience with industry-specific solutions, such as Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics NAV to meet business needsâ
  • You will analyze business processes and identify areas for improvementâ
  • You will develop and test customizations and integrationsâ
  • You will provide training and support to end-usersâ
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

What Success Looks Like...

  • Consistently delivering NAV projects, customizations, and integrations on time and within agreed-upon technical specifications.
  • Achieving a high degree of end-user satisfaction and system adoption, evidenced by a reduction in basic support queries and positive feedback on training quality.
  • Ensuring high stability and minimal disruption to business operations, keeping the Dynamics NAV system robust and secure.

To be considered for this role you should have...

  • Minimum 5 years of direct, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
  • Strong technical skills in NAV development (C/AL or AL), configuration, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and core business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for training and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • Experience with industry-specific solutions.
