SUMMARY

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring packaging and processing machines under the supervision of the Maintenance Engineer. The role focuses on achieving daily production targets with minimal or zero rejections while ensuring efficient machine performance, compliance with safety standards, and basic troubleshooting.

The operator is expected to take ownership of assigned machines, maintain operational efficiency, and promptly report or address any technical issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Operate packaging and processing machines for powder and liquid products efficiently.
  • Achieve daily production targets with minimum or zero product rejection.
  • Monitor machine performance and identify abnormalities or malfunctions.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the Maintenance Engineer when required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping and machine cleanliness.
  • Take ownership of assigned machines and ensure optimal utilization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum
    2+ years of experience
    operating packaging and processing machines (powder and liquid) in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in operating specific production machinery and related equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of machine safety protocols and workplace safety procedures.
  • Ability to monitor machine performance and quickly identify operational issues or abnormalities.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance practices and production efficiency.
