Supervise and perform preventive,predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, equipment, andcontrol panels.Diagnose and resolve faults in motors,drives, PLCs, and automated systems to minimize production downtime.Maintain and update electricaldocumentation such as schematics, load schedules, and equipment logs.Ensure reliable operation of powersystems, including transformers, generators, MCC panels, and distributionnetworks.Plan and oversee electrical worksrelated to new installations, equipment upgrades, or factory expansions.Ensure compliance with electricalcodes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.Coordinate with vendors, contractors,and equipment suppliers for installation, testing, and commissioning.Enforce adherence to electrical safetyregulations and Lock -Out/Tag -Out (LOTO) procedures.Conduct regular inspections to ensurecompliance with company HSE standards and statutory requirements.Maintain detailed records ofinspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.Monitor factory energy usage andimplement strategies to reduce energy costs and wastage.Recommend improvements in powermanagement and energy conservation practices.Lead, supervise, and train theelectrical maintenance team to enhance technical skills and safety awareness.Assign tasks, monitor performance, andprovide technical direction to ensure efficient maintenance operations.Collaborate closely with production,mechanical, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth plant operations. RequirementsEducationBachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma(HND) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation, ExperienceMinimum of eight (8) years relevantexperience in an industrial manufacturing environment (preferably cocoa, FMCG,or agro -processing).       Experience in Industrial Automation,PLC Programming, or Instrumentation is an added advantage. Certifications (Preferred)Membership or certification with a recognizedprofessional body (e.g., COREN, NSE) is an advantage with knowledgeof PLC (Siemen & ABB).
