Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in Abuja. As a Project Development Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they align with company goals and client expectations. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with teams and stakeholders, monitoring progress, auditing project quality through inspections, and addressing logistical requirements. You will also manage the day-to-day expediting process and ensure projects are delivered within budget and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Project Management for developing, organizing, and executing project workflows efficiently
  • Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to accelerate project delivery
  • Expertise in Inspection practices to ensure quality standards and compliance
  • Strong abilities in Logistics Management for planning, coordination, and resource optimization
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Abuja and lead cross-functional teams effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
