Job Summary

The Business Support Officer will serve as the primary link between IJM Global and its clients within the region. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, supporting field operations, and promoting IJM Global's solutions to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and maintain positive relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Anambra and Enugu States.
  • Represent IJM Global in meetings, exhibitions, and community events.
  • Provide support and follow-up on customer inquiries and service needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Prepare periodic sales, activity, and performance reports.
  • Monitor regional market trends and provide feedback for business strategy improvement.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc./HND/OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic digital tools (e.g., email, Google Workspace).
  • Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Must reside in Awka or nearby areas and be willing to travel within Anambra and Enugu States.
  • Experience in the tech, security, or ICT industry is an added advantage.
