Job Summary:

Our client, a diversified company operating in construction, agriculture, retail, and event management/solutions, is seeking a competent HR/Admin Officer to manage daily HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and able to support the company's operational and people management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

Manage attendance, leave records, and HR databases

Support payroll processing and staff welfare coordination

Draft and manage official correspondence and administrative files

Oversee office operations and ensure smooth workflow

Enforce company policies, workplace ethics, and performance standards

Coordinate logistics, office supplies, and vendor relations

Requirements:

Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in HR, Business Admin, or related field

1–3 years relevant experience in HR/Admin

Strong communication and organizational skills

Must be proactive and able to work in a structured, fast-paced environment

Must live within Awoyaya or nearby areas for ease of commute
