Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the production of smart cards and financial cards. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality products, and meeting customer requirements.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Production Planning:

  • Plan and schedule production to meet customer demand and deadlines.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources, equipment, and personnel.

Quality Control:

  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Team Management:

  • Lead and supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

Inventory Management:

  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure production meets customer requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve production-related issues.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training.

Requirements:
