We are seeking a results driven Sales Personnel with a specialty in B2B marketing and sales to join our

dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new

business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client

needs.

Key Responsibilities
:


• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve company targets.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision makers.


• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.


• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and drive brand awareness.


• Track, analyze, and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.


• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent business growth.

Requirements
:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).


• Proven track record in B2B sales and marketing.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs.


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.


• Must reside in Ibadan and be available to work from the office at least 3 times per week.
