· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets for passenger transport, logistics, or fleet services.· Identify and secure new business opportunities including corporate transport partnerships, ticketing agents, and institutional clients.· Lead and supervise the sales team, agents, and marketers across all terminals or service areas.· Design and implement campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers to boost customer acquisition.· Build strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and partners.· Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to inform business decisions.· Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.· Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations.· Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend improvements based on feedback.· Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and industry meetings as required. Requirements· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.· 3–5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in transportation industry.· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.· Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and Nigerian transport industry.· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); CRM tools is a plus.· Leadership ability to manage field sales teams and agents.· Strong analytical thinking and problem -solving skills.· Must be self -motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.
