Brand and Sales Ambassador – Laboratory & Analytical Technology Nigeria (m/f/d)

As a Brand & Sales Ambassador for Laboratory & Analytical Technology, you will represent IKA externally and actively contribute to strengthening our brand image. You will create awareness and generate sales opportunities through a variety of marketing and sales activities:
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for revenue development within the assigned sales territory
- Independently expand market share and enhance customer satisfaction
- Being the local contact for IKA customers and channel partners and maintain strong relationships
- Implementation of local sales and marketing activities as directed by the sales management
- Visit existing and potential new customers/channel partners to present solutions from IKA
- Identify sales opportunities across targeted industries and ensure successful deal closures
- Support local channel partners in promoting the IKA brand and in closing sales opportunities for IKA products
- Respond to inquiries and provide feedback on IKA's portfolio (in collaboration with other departments)
- Provide feedback on customer requests, market trends and competition activities
- Maintain customer data and report activities via the IKA CRM system
Your Qualifications:
- Highly motivated and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IKA products and applications
- Identification with the IKA brand
- First experience in sales
- Reliable and professional demeanor
- Quick learner with a strong desire for knowledge
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Strong English language skills (spoken and written)
- Technical or scientific education is a plus, but not mandatory
- Driving Licence and own car desirable
