Purpose of the role : 

The role is to manage and ensure the accounts, finance, audits, trading compliance, tax activities of the business.

Duties & Responsibility :
  • accounting entries related to purchase, vendors Reconciliation, contractors, and vendor payments.
  • To oversee of landed cost sheet for the commodities, material cost report, cost Audit.
  • Implement and rollout ERP for all the business units.
  • Budgeting and projection
  • Ppreparation of Marginal costing, production cost of products and Variance analysis.
  • ​​​​​​​To maintain cost records, product wise consumption of raw material.
  • To do Stock Flow Analysis, (Mix, Volume, Price, quantity)
  • To prepare the P&L, Balance Sheet of the Company and other business units.
  • To monitor fund flow, distribution, and allocation of funds.
  • To do liaison with banks for OD/CC/Business Loans; etc.
  • To Prepare monthly profit and loss statement, EBITDA & Analysis of Monthly results
  • To validate statutory liabilities such as VAT, CIT, NSITF, Pension, WHT, ITF, Pension and Payee deduction.
  • To preparation of financial statements of group companies as per IFRS & resolving audit queries
  • To do weekly & quarterly cash flow (Naira/USD), review TAT/SLA, implementation of new process/automation, financial risk mgt, weekly activity report, business with vendor report, employee wise volume report, reconciliation reports.
  • To lead the team of accounts payable, accounts receivables and prepare a consolidated MIS.
  • To develop second level to maintain hassle-free operations of the department and organization.
