JOB SUMMARY:

As a Salesperson at Heirs Life Assurance, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities include generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets. This role is ideal for proactive, self-motivated individuals with a passion for delivering tailored insurance solutions and exceeding expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media outreach.

Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain meaningful, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique insurance needs.

PRODUCT EXPERTISE: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our life insurance products and communicate their benefits effectively.

PRESENTATIONS & DEMONSTRATIONS: Conduct engaging product presentations and service demonstrations to prospective clients.

NEGOTIATION & CLOSING: Negotiate deals, finalize contracts, and close sales to optimize revenue and client satisfaction.

TARGET ACHIEVEMENT: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Deliver excellent after-sales service to foster customer retention and loyalty.

MARKET INTELLIGENCE: Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

REPORTING: Accurately document sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.

TEAM COLLABORATION: Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer service departments for seamless execution of sales strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in sales, especially in the insurance industry, is highly desirable.

EDUCATION: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

COMMUNICATION: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

SALES ACUMEN: Proven ability to use various sales techniques and close deals effectively.

CUSTOMER FOCUS: Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships with professionalism.

NEGOTIATION SKILLS: Competent in handling objections and closing high-value sales.

TIME MANAGEMENT: Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
