Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Lagos, with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include performing market research, conducting client meetings, creating presentations, delivering sales pitches, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 1 year experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to perform Market Research and analyze market trends
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry or related financial services is a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
