We're now seeking a Partner & Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead, manage, and scale the investment and business growth division of Sparkborders.

Who You Are

You're willing to understand the FMCG industry and trade ecosystem in Nigeria and Africa.

You have hands-on experience in investment management, business strategy, or partnership growth.

You can craft and deliver compelling business pitches and investment proposals.

You're eloquent, fluent, and confident in communication.

You're a self-starter — someone who can build an investment portfolio from scratch and turn opportunities into measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the investment operations of Sparkborders.

Build and sustain strategic relationships with investors, FMCG partners, and key stakeholders.

Develop and execute growth, trade, and revenue strategies across the FMCG sector.

Drive the creation and expansion of investment portfolios and business partnerships.

Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.

Drive long-term financial sustainability and continental expansion.

Preferred Qualifications

Deep understanding of FMCG trade, supply chains, investment trends, and business operations.

Proven experience in business development, finance, or operations leadership.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Ability to build systems and partnerships that drive profitability and measurable growth.
