About Us:

Monitor24 Limited, a leading provider of security and surveillance solutions, is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Developer to manage and grow our AJAX SYSTEMS product line in ABUJA, Nigeria. With a strong presence in the security systems market, we aim to deliver innovative solutions to meet our clients' safety needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to promote and grow the company's product line in the Nigerian market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with security companies, system integrators, and installers.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with potential clients, including resellers and end-users.
  • Provide technical consultations and presentations to clients, highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to optimize business development strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and business agreements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and business development targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical knowledge or experience in security systems, including intrusion alarms, fire alarms, and CCTV systems.
  • Familiarity with the Nigerian security systems market, particularly with installers and security companies.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and customer success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
