As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience to drive client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth across our education and training portfolios.
Position Summary:
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding Bookworm's client base, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and creating sustainable revenue channels. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a proven sales record, and deep understanding of the education or consulting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow client base and revenue.
b. Promote Bookworm's educational and training services to individuals, schools, and organizations.
c. Identify and convert prospects through targeted campaigns and follow-up engagement.
d. Build and manage partnerships with universities, training institutions, and agents.
e. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new opportunities.
f. Prepare business proposals, partnership letters, and project reports.
g. Represent Bookworm at education fairs, exhibitions, and partnership meetings.
h. Track, measure, and report on performance metrics and lead conversions weekly.
Qualifications and Experience
a. Bachelor's degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
b. Minimum of 3 years proven experience in business development, client management, or marketing (preferably within the education or consulting sector).
c. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
d. Familiarity with education consulting, training services, or study abroad processes is an advantage.
e. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or sales tracking tools.

Work Schedule
a. Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
b. Occasional weekend or virtual client meetings when required.
