The role requires building strongnetworks with IOCs, EPC contractors, real estate developers, and government agencies to securehigh-value, multi-year contracts and grow market share for the company.Key Responsibilities: Lead business development and sales efforts across construction, oil & gas services, and realestate sectors. Identify and secure new clients including IOCs, EPCs, government agencies, and top developers.Oversee bid/tender processes and negotiate high-value, multi-year contracts.Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with corporate growth targets.Build and lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring pipeline discipline and effective accountmanagement. Collaborate with operations, finance, and executive management to deliver on client needs.Key Requirements: 8–15+ years' proven track record in sales/business development within construction, oil & gas, orreal estate. Strong existing network with IOCs, EPCs, government stakeholders, and Tier-1 developers.Experience managing high-value sales pipelines ( 3–10bn+ annually).Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and contract negotiations.Demonstrated leadership ability to recruit, manage, and motivate sales teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Performance KPIs (First 12 Months): Total contract value won.Gross margin achieved.Number of new key accounts secured.Framework agreements signed with IOCs/EPCs/developers.Receivables cycle improvement.Successful recruitment and ramp-up of sales team.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses/commission.
