Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Product Manager, based in Ibadan, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Senior Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including planning, development, and launch. Key responsibilities include defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring client-centric solutions are delivered. The role requires identifying market opportunities, analyzing customer needs, setting product roadmaps, and driving innovation to create value for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Product Management and strategic planning skills, with experience in creating and managing product roadmaps
  • Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Analytical capabilities, including market research, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Technical familiarity with software development, cloud services, and IT solutions
  • Prior experience in the IT, e-commerce, or technology sector is preferred
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a hybrid working environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification, such as an MBA or PMP, is a plus
