Role Overview

The
Marketing Operations Lead

serves as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and brand execution at Odio HQ. This role ensures that client needs are accurately understood, effectively communicated, and flawlessly executed. 

The ideal candidate combines a sharp eye for design and content with strong operational discipline to oversee marketing deliverables, maintain brand consistency, and ensure timely, error-free execution across Odio HQ's in-house ventures and partner brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Interface & Project Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal marketing team.
  • Accurately capture client briefs and translate them into actionable deliverables for design, content, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure all deliverables are submitted
    on time, error-free

, and aligned with client expectations and brand tone.
- Understand each client's preferences, taste, and brand identity to guide creative output effectively.
- Communicate feedback clearly to ensure continuous improvement and satisfaction.

2. Marketing Operations & Execution

  • Plan and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate with the Creative, Editorial, and Product teams to ensure timely rollout of campaigns and content.
  • Manage marketing calendars, task ownership, and project timelines using project management tools.
  • Monitor workflow efficiency and address operational bottlenecks proactively.

3. Content & Brand Oversight

  • Review content, graphics, and marketing materials for quality and brand alignment.
  • Support the development and distribution of digital content across web, social, and print platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to refine designs and messaging that reflect both Odio HQ's and client brand voices.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to enhance campaign quality and creativity.

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track key marketing metrics such as engagement, conversion, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to develop and present marketing performance dashboards.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal teams (Creative, Product, Editorial, and HR) to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Partner with HRBP on internal communication and learning initiatives for the marketing team.
  • Contribute to operational improvement initiatives within the marketing department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, account management, or brand coordination.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.) and project management systems (ClickUp).
  • Experience in a
    tech, creative, or media-driven

organization is an added advantage.

Salary: N250k - N300k/month depending on experience.
