Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Lead located in Lagos. The Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting cross-departmental collaboration. Key tasks include overseeing end-to-end IMTO operations and transaction flows, ensuring compliance with AML/CFT, KYC, and regulatory requirements, leading and developing operations and customer support teams, driving process efficiency, KPIs, and service excellence, and managing relationships with banks, agents, and partners. The role plays a critical function in driving operational excellence and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

4+ years' experience in operations within IMTO, fintech, payments, or banking

Strong knowledge of remittance operations and regulatory compliance

Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
