Job Position: HR & Administrative Officer
Job Location: Okoja, Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time
Summary
- An agro-allied manufacturing business located in Ogoja, Cross River State is seeking a competent and experienced HR & Administrative Officer to support factory operations and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities at the factory
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and staff records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and factory regulations
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and employee welfare
- Support performance management and disciplinary processes
- Oversee office administration, logistics, and facility support services
- Act as a liaison between management and employees.
Requirements / Skills
- Interested candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2–4 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in a manufacturing or agro-allied facility
- Strong understanding of HR operations in a factory environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems
- Proximity to Ogoja is mandatory.
