About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, experienced Admin/Human Resources manager to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business goals, managing recruitment and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources


• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation


• Maintain and update HR records, policies, and compliance files


• Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives


• Coordinate training and development programs


• Provide day-to-day HR support to management and staff

Administration


• Oversee office operations, logistics, and inventory management


• Handle correspondence, documentation, and scheduling


• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events


• Maintain administrative systems and vendor relationships


• Prepare reports, memos, and other official documents

What We're Looking For


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


• 3–5 years of proven HR and Admin experience


• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices


• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills


• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: N200,000
