Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Abuja. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business goals. Responsibilities include recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The Manager will also support staff development, maintain a positive workplace environment, and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and well-being.

Qualifications

  • Must reside in Abuja
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
  • Proven knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational culture development
  • Proficiency in performance management, training, and professional development strategies
  • Understanding of compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and benefits management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software or systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant experience in the media, housing, or real estate industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus
