Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abuja for a Senior Human Resources Manager. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring a positive work environment. Additionally, the Senior HR Manager will be tasked with talent development, training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and managing employee benefits
  • Excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance
  • Skills in talent development, training programs, and fostering a positive work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or CIPD are a plus
