Role Overview

As Community Manager, you will be the voice and connector of SwiftXR's global community. You will engage with creators, developers, and businesses, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and inspired. You'll also design and run initiatives, workshops, and events that bring value to our members and showcase the power of SwiftXR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow SwiftXR's online communities across Discord, Reddit, and other platforms.
  • Act as the first point of contact for community questions, providing timely and friendly responses.
  • Host online and physical training sessions, workshops, and events to educate and engage members.
  • Plan and launch new community initiatives (challenges, meetups, ambassador programs, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the SwiftXR team to promote the Creator Program, workshops, and office hours.
  • Track engagement metrics, gather community feedback, and suggest improvements.
  • Identify and build relationships with partners, influencers, and key community members.
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and safe community culture.

  • Outgoing, approachable, and people-oriented personality.
  • Passion for community building and networking.
  • Experience with community platforms (Discord, Reddit, Slack, or similar).
  • Comfortable hosting and moderating live sessions (online and in-person).
  • Creative thinker, able to propose and launch new initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in AR/VR, tech, or creator communities (a plus).
  • Prior experience in community management, event hosting, or related roles (preferred but not mandatory).
